Cradled in the ample bust of our Earth Mother

Gently settled in for a peaceful nights dreaming

Bathed in the heavenly glow of a selenite moon

Energetically protected by a silver lights gleaming

 

Violet branches perfectly wrapped with twisting gnarls

Roots under lavender keep him docile and grounded

Tranquil azure waters cascading amongst his shadows

Delivering ideas to fruition in a dreamscape unbounded

 

Negativity deflected by a protective Persian green sky

So that Spring may flourish within his heart of hearts

A pleasant calming sense of concentrated direction

Rainbows end is assuredly where his journey starts

Grateful New Horizons

When is it possible to find a little time

Solely to sit and respectfully listen?

A momentary pause in a breakneck pace

To see our reflection in dew drops glisten

 

We wake to the sound of life in high gear

After a night of fitful meandering dreams

Grinding our way through monotonous days

Continuously stifling glass shattering screams

 

Solitary warriors in a seemingly hopeless battle

Our pride fights alone until fatigue wins the day

Weary minds grasp at our fractured shards of sanity

We are overwrought as more battalions join the fray

 

Needless is the only word for such cerebral bloodshed

When a cease-fire can be close at hand within our mind

Seek out the silent warriors of tribe and spiritual nation

Guardians of such beautiful new horizons we shall find

 

A powerful armada wielding strong protective unity

Will keep us wrapped in a peaceful crystalline energy

 Never again will our negativity abscond with all the light

If we humbly accept the guidance of a newfound synergy

 

We must now find our place to sit in perfect silence

Giving thanks to our spirits, guardians, and guides

Knowing in full faith and complete gratitude

That it is they who help in turning favorable tides

 

A quiet mind’s eye can see into infinity

Only if it is truly grateful for the ability

Peace of mind cannot be found

Within a wire so tightly wound

What is right and meant to be

Follows one specific frequency

 

The colors flow from outside to in

Endings only let new journeys begin

Sparks of life fire from inside to out

Illumination beyond shadow of doubt

 

Peaceful meadows found in the mind

Apprehensions and fears left far behind

Momentary attainment of crystal clear reason

While the perfections of earth all find a season

 

World gone mad from it’s worldly transgressions

It’s madness looms large leaving toxic impressions

A strength from deep down inside earth’s core

Brings about the healing power of possibilities galore

 

Our own inner serenity can be easily regained

No price to be paid, for it is freely obtained

A sacred space where we can be calmly subdued

Where we belong to recapture life’s quietude

 

The energy we carry must be spiritually lifted

To attune to the beauty we all have been gifted

Take a moment in time that is desperately needed

So that Gaia’s demands can be respectfully heeded

 

Work towards a oneness of both spirit and light

Harsh sun of day balanced by soft moon at night

Commune with your spirits, guides, and guardians all

Take your opportunity each day to answer their call

To the importance of solitude

An entire wholeness of being

At one with my surroundings

 

A penny for my thoughts?

Why, I could give you change

Sometimes my thoughtful look

Has absolutely nothing behind it

 

Treasured and rare my moments

Where the troubles of the world

Kneel before me in surrender

So I may meditate on their demise

 

A jungle full of hardships

Or a raging sea of monotony

Can be solved within this time

Of solitary thought and purpose
