Thank you so much friend. Those are very kind words. It is amazing how the simplest of concepts and ideas sometimes carry the most weight. I appreciate your comments immensely as always.
Liked, obviously, both the poem in execution and its message. Since this delves into climate politics, I thought I might bring this one to your attention: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Milankovitch_cycles
Thank you Navigator. That is a lot to take in. I appreciate you feeding my desire for information. There are SO MANY things to consider when we observe all the dangerous changes our planet is going through. Both by natural scientific progression, and the damage we are inflicting as a race.
But without changing the latter for the better, I fear we are all doomed eventually. Thank you so much for the comment, and link. I am very appreciative. Glad you enjoyed this post.

A lovely twist on climactic change and our need to do something about it. The first and last verses set the scene so well for what should be and what can be…..with effort and intention. x
Thank you. I am glad you got what I did with the first and last. Just a minor tweak that makes a big change in the message. I love using repetition from time to time if it works and isn’t needlessly redundant. Thank you for taking the time to comment, and I am so glad you enjoyed this piece.

Maybe it’s only minor tweaks we have to make to change the course of time. All making small efforts to have huge impact. Like your poem. Truly well done. And you keep inspiring with your beautiful words. You always surprise me with where you go. And every one a gem. 🙂 x
You are so flattering. I appreciate you words and talent equally as much. I LOVE what you said here too. Each of us making a small effort for change adding up to make the difference needed to reverse this course. I Love that sentiment. Thank you for putting that perspective on it for me friend.
You are so welcome. 🙂 x
I really enjoyed the way the words flowed into each other. Fantastic writing. 🙂
Drop in any time. My shoulder Devil is always hungry for attention. Hope you find many things you like. Both from my past postings and stuff the Devil hasn’t told me about yet. LOL. That Devil on my shoulder truly IS my imagination. You might be particularly interested in “Ode to a Sinner” and “Lust” A couple things I am proud of that are similar in content to what I found on your wonderful blogsite.
John – It’s such a pleasure to roam around on your blog. It’s a visual delight and your literary prose begs for discussion among a group of coffee drinkers at any number of coffee houses.
Thank you so much Sheri. That is quite a compliment. I appreciate your opinion and am very flattered. I write primarily for myself but love it when my work speaks to others.
I adore this! Simplistic, creative beauty. You ARE inspiring!
